## Aufgaben
- Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Problemlösung für Endbenutzer in Bezug auf Hardware- und Softwareprobleme.
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Computersystemen sowie Peripheriegeräten und Netzwerken.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu Support-Anfragen und technischen Anleitungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsprotokollen und -verfahren.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams zur Optimierung von IT-Diensten und zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs.
## Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen
- Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine kundenorientierte Denkweise
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
