Your Tasks
To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics (m/f/d). With the help of NAUE’s solutions and services, you will gradually build new contacts and customer relationships.
- Marketing our products and services as part of customized solutions in Romania
- Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
- Following up on leads
- Providing technical advice to designers, consultants and public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (exclusively in the fields of environment)
- Building trusting relationships with customers in the designing/consultancy/landfills owners/construction companies and for new eficient technical solutions with geosynthetics to be implemented in the projects.
- Addressing key customer needs and requirements
- Ensuring that products and services reach customers on time
- Facilitating communication between the customer and internal teams
- Resolving customer questions and issues, as well as handling complaints, to maintain a relationship of trust
- Playing a key role in generating new revenue that leads to long-term relationships.
- Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders based on key performance indicators
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian a second language (English) is mandatory
- Proficiency in customer management tools
- Willingness to travel for several days at a time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
