Objective of the Project:
- Identify key factors influencing Die Attach process performance (e.g., yield, cycle time)
- Develop insights into process trends and variability
- Apply analytics or AI techniques to detect anomalies or optimization opportunities
- Propose improvement recommendations based on data analysis
Project Scope / Learning Opportunities:
- Gain understanding of Die Attach process and semiconductor manufacturing flow
- Perform data analysis and visualization on manufacturing datasets
- Apply statistical methods and/or machine learning techniques
- Develop dashboards or tools to monitor key process indicators
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret findings
Deliverables:
- Data analysis report on process performance trends
- Visualization dashboard for selected KPIs
- Prototype model for anomaly detection or trend analysis (if applicable)
- Final presentation with recommendations and potential impact
Impact of Project:
- Improved process visibility and understanding
