We are recruiting for a Strategy Manager on behalf of a client to help shape and influence the future direction of a dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who thrives on analysing opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver meaningful business outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, supporting critical business decisions, and creating long-term value across the organisation.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Master's Degree, preferably with a business specialisation.
- Significant experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for driving business impact.
