Receptionist (Part-Time Weekends)
Glacier Hills Senior Living Community | Ann Arbor, MI
Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment? Glacier Hills is seeking a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional support to residents, visitors, families, and staff.
Schedule:
- Every other Saturday and Sunday
- 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Position Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the community and plays an important role in supporting daily administrative operations. This position is responsible for maintaining the front desk, assisting visitors, managing communications, performing record keeping, and providing administrative support to the Administrator/Designee to help meet the operational needs of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain the front desk and reception area
- Perform administrative and record-keeping duties
- Assist with correspondence, filing, and follow-up activities
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Support the Administrator/Designee with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
