The Holman Leadership Rotation Program (HLRP) is a highly selective opportunity intended for leaders who have demonstrated the capability, aspiration, and potential to assume significantly broader leadership responsibility and who are committed to building leadership capability beyond their current expertise. Participants undertake rotational assignments aligned to Holman's strategic priorities, gaining exposure to complex business challenges, executive decision-making, and enterprise-wide initiatives while strengthening their ability to lead organizations, shape strategy, and influence outcomes at scale.
Program Experience
Participants will complete strategic rotational assignments aligned with enterprise priorities, gaining exposure to complex business challenges, business critical decision-making, and organizational leadership across Holman. Through executive engagement, targeted leadership development, mentoring, and cohort learning experiences, participants will strengthen their ability to shape strategy, lead through complexity and build enterprise-wide relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for leading teams, functions, or significant business initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading managers and/or large cross-functional teams
- Track record of delivering measurable business results
- Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
- Willingness to travel to support rotational assignments
- Demonstrated commitment to development of self and others
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading leaders, including manager or director-level talent
- Strategic planning and business transformation experience
- Enterprise or multi-functional leadership experience
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience presenting to executive leadership teams or boards
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, large-scale change initiatives, or enterprise strategy work
Program Commitment
Participants are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the Holman Leadership Rotation Program, including rotational assignments, leadership development experiences, mentoring, and cohort learning. Successful participants demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth, adaptability, and expanding their leadership capabilities through diverse experiences across Holman.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $178,340.00 - $276,425.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
