Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Greater Europe Commercial team and support a portfolio of strategic customers across the region. In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal technical teams to conduct regular system health reviews, review system performance, and identify opportunities for operational improvements. You will help customers optimize their operations while ensuring they continue to realize long-term value from their AutoStore solutions. This is a relationship-driven role with a strong technical and operational focus, where stakeholder management, data-driven discussions, and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Success: Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to support customer success and operational goals.
Customer Health & Performance: Conduct regular system health reviews, monitor operational performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to help customers optimize their AutoStore solutions and maximize long-term value.
Customer Growth: Identify opportunities to support customer expansion and work closely with internal teams to drive long-term growth.
Customer Experience: Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring NPS, acting on customer feedback, and developing action plans that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Voice of the Customer: Represent customer needs internally, helping improve products, processes, and communication across teams.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role within automation, supply chain, retail, or a related industry.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence both customers and internal teams. Fluent English is required; French is an advantage.
Solid analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and recommend operational improvements.
Technical aptitude to understand complex systems, interpret technical information, and communicate solution recommendations to customers.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to understand customer needs, prioritize effectively, and drive positive outcomes.

Preferred location for this role is France (remote or from our Lyon office) or Italy (remote or from our Milan office). Candidates based in Norway will also be considered.
