Description
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Engineering Graduate – Mechanical/Electrical to join our Graduate Development Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, technical training, and professional development opportunities across various engineering functions. Participants will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, design, and operational excellence initiatives.

What you’ll do as Engineering Graduate – Mechanical/Electrical:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Day to day operation & maintenance.
Support maintenance and reliability improvement activities.
Participate in equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Analyze technical data and prepare engineering reports.
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
Develop technical knowledge through structured training and mentorship.
Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures, and project updates.
You are:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering (Recent Graduate)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance principles, and engineering fundamentals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
English and French language proficiency
