In Australia there are two separate businesses: Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA) and Toyota Finance Australia (TFA). Our Graduate Program has multiple positions available in Altona North on a 2-year contract, commencing in February 2027, for those who have studied in the Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Process, Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics) or Information Technology discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security).
We are looking for Graduates who are enthusiastic about becoming future Toyota leaders. With our program, no two days will be the same - you’ll experience different areas of the business and become a key player in contributing towards Toyota’s overall business strategy.
During the course of your two-year program, you’ll get a broad understanding of our organisation by undertaking multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to work across our different divisions across our Victoria locations.
Designed to accelerate your transition from studies to work life, the program provides you with options to build a strong career foundation and expand your leadership capabilities along the way.
Our Graduate Program offers tailored development activities, including several Toyota-wide experiences, projects, and mentoring opportunities. If you join you will:
Participate in World leading Toyota Global Content Training to mould you into a Kaizen guru by learning our methodology on systems and processes.
Become emersed in supply chain by experiencing our Toyota Parts Centre (TPC)
Learn from our customers in our Customer Experience Centre
Grow your project management and problem-solving skills by taking on projects individually or together with your teammates.
Connect with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build on your communication & presenting skills.

If you’re selected for our graduate program we’ll offer you a 2-year Fixed Term employment contract. Nearing the end of the 2 year program, we partner with you in exploring career opportunities beyond the program and aim to guide your transition into a suitable role at Toyota Australia.

Candidates that are successful after a phone interview and psychometric testing will be invited to attend an assessment centre in October 2026 at Altona, VIC.
