Description
As a Consultant, you will support hospitals in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing their processes. Your primary focus will be on healthcare process consulting and the implementation and enhancement of our company's software solution. Working closely with our customers, you will help design future-oriented solutions for both inpatient and outpatient care processes.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for innovative IT projects across the DACH region, with a focus on the implementation of state-of-the-art Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Analyze, consult on, and optimize hospital processes.
Design and implement business processes using our company's software solution.
Participate in system implementation, testing, and migration projects.
Collaborate closely with customers and interdisciplinary project teams.
Your Profile
You have solid knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Hospital processes
Outpatient and inpatient healthcare
Medical Service review processes (MDK reporting)
Modern Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Practice Management Systems (PMS)
Requirements and process management (BPMN, Use Cases, User Stories)
Testing and migration projects (Big Bang or phased migration)
Healthcare reporting
Healthcare documentation
Ideal to have:
Knowledge of SAP IS-H, particularly in customizing and the underlying data model

A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management) or an equivalent qualification
Ideally, experience leading digital transformation projects, preferably in a hospital environment
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
Business acumen, including controlling, cost management, and quality assurance skills
Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and closely with customers
Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German and English
