The Role

本ポジションの役割／担当業務

キンドリルのSecurity Consultantとして、お客様の情報資産を保護し、セキュリティ変革を推進します。お客様のセキュリティ要件や現状の課題を分析し、リスク評価、ガバナンス整備、セキュリティ戦略策定、セキュリティ対策の導入支援まで幅広く担当します。お客様のセキュリティ責任者や関係部門と連携しながら、最適なセキュリティアプローチを提案し、組織全体のセキュリティレベル向上を支援するポジションです。

業務内容／担当いただく業務

・お客様のセキュリティ要件および現状を分析する

・セキュリティおよびリスクアセスメントを実施する

・セキュリティポリシー、ガイドライン、統制の設計を支援する

・リスク管理および改善施策を提案する

・セキュリティコントロールの設計・導入を支援する

・クラウド、ネットワーク、アプリケーション領域のセキュリティを強化する

・セキュリティ監査やレビューに対応する

・最新の脅威や技術動向を踏まえた改善を提案する

・顧客・パートナーとのセキュリティ評価およびデューデリジェンスを支援する

・AIセキュリティガバナンスの実装を支援する

Who You Are

必須スキル・経験

・情報セキュリティコンサルティングまたはセキュリティ対策の導入経験5年以上

・セキュリティ原則、リスク管理、セキュリティ技術に関する知識

・セキュリティアセスメントの実施経験

・NIST等のセキュリティフレームワークの利用経験・顧客との高いコミュニケーション能力

・プロジェクト遂行能力および課題解決能力

歓迎スキル・経験

・リスク定量化および改善施策の立案経験・NIST Frameworkや各種コンプライアンス基準に関する理解

・クラウドセキュリティの経験・サプライチェーンセキュリティリスクマネジメントの経験

・IAM／IdPの実装経験・OTセキュリティの評価・設計経験

・Cyber Resiliencyに関する知識・経験・Incident Managementに関する知識・経験

・Network／Edge Securityに関する知識・経験・AIやIoTなど新技術領域の知見
