Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant GM in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Support staff training and development to maintain high service quality

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and overall restaurant flow

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and controlling costs

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety standards

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
