Care Coordinator 📍 Location: Rugby Branch
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5pm
💷 Salary: £24,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you a natural organiser who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Scheduler to join our friendly care team. If you're great at multitasking, enjoy speaking with people, and love bringing order to a busy day, this could be the perfect role for you.
No two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our service, making sure care visits are covered, supporting our care staff, and helping ensure our clients receive the care they need when they need it.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules
- Making sure care visits are allocated and covered
- Supporting carers with holiday requests, availability, and day-to-day queries
- Liaising with clients and care staff to keep everyone informed
- Taking part in the out-of-hours on-call rota to help ensure support is available when needed
- Arranging training schedules for new care workers
- Updating records and using scheduling systems to keep everything organised
- Working closely with managers, recruitment, and compliance teams to support the smooth running of the service.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent organisational skills
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Experience in scheduling, administration, care, or customer service would be an advantage, but not essential.
