- Administer the company 401(k) program, including enrollments, contribution and match funding, payroll integration, annual compliance testing, Form 5500 filing & audit support
- Own the onboarding process: offer letters, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, system and payroll setup, equipment provisioning, and first-week orientation
- Own the offboarding process: final pay, benefits and 401(k) termination, system access revocation, equipment recovery, and exit documentation
- Maintain accurate headcount and compensation data, and reconcile it against the financial forecast
- Ensure employee records and people-ops processes meet federal, state, and local compliance requirements
Requirements:
Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience in investment banking/consulting and FP&A, with a proven track record of success in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness industries.
