The Opportunity
If you’re creative, organized, and enjoy working with both people and technology, this role is a great fit. At All-Equip/Platinum Trailers, the Marketer plays a key role in helping drive business growth through marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and sales team support.
You’ll work closely with our sales and leadership teams to promote our products, strengthen our online presence, and help the sales team generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Fully On-site, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm. This position requires regular collaboration with our sales, production, and management teams.
Compensation
This is a hourly position paying $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefit package. We believe in rewarding initiative, creativity, and results-driven mindset.

The Role
As the Marketer, you’ll help execute marketing initiatives while providing day-to-day support to our sales team. You’ll create and schedule social media content, maintain marketing material, help with CRM, and support sales team to help drive revenue growth.
In a typical eek, you’ll create social media posts, take photos and videos around the shop, coordinate marketing tasks, and work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content across company platforms.
- Take photos and videos of equipment, trailers, projects, and shop activities for marketing purposes.
- Help coordinate advertising initiatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate.
- Support the sales team.
- Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting to management.
- Work closely with leadership to strengthen the All-Equip and Platinum Trailers brands.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in marketing preferably 1-2 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
- Comfortable creating content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-orientated attitude.
Education & Certifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent experience is an asset.
