About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical User Acquisition Specialist to help grow our mobile games portfolio. You will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising platforms while analyzing campaign performance and creative effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Mintegral, AppLovin, and other paid channels.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics including Spend, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Retention, and LTV.

• Assist with campaign setup, budget allocation, bid adjustments, and campaign optimization.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve user acquisition efficiency and overall ROI.

• Analyze ad creative performance and identify winning and underperforming creatives.

• Coordinate with the Creative Team to communicate new creative requirements based on campaign performance and testing results.

• Assist in conducting A/B tests for ad creatives, campaigns, audiences, and other campaign variables.

• Research competitors, market trends, user acquisition strategies, and successful ad creatives to identify new growth opportunities.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with relevant teams.

• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Game Teams to support user growth and campaign objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in User Acquisition, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role.

• Understanding of mobile advertising and paid acquisition campaigns.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral, or similar ad networks.

• Good understanding of performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Retention, and LTV.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with performance data.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Interest in mobile games and the gaming industry is a plus
