Overview
Experienced Project Planner with expertise in developing, monitoring, and controlling master project schedules for hospitality and fit-out projects. Skilled in schedule analysis, critical path management, delay assessment, risk evaluation, and integrating multiple stakeholder schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Adept at project reporting, progress validation, recovery planning, and providing strategic scheduling recommendations to support successful project delivery.
Your role
- Troubleshooting the logical link prepared by contractors and stakeholders.
- Reviewing that correct Critical Path method is exercised.
- Document Baseline vs Actual progress status.
- Valid Longest Task, Time Impact Analysis or As planned Analysis or Window slicing Analysis.
- Reviewing and Accessing Stakeholder’s schedule.
- Document TOL (Temporary Occupational License) requirement.
- Documenting and reviewing statutory submission schedules.
- Integrating different contractor schedule to a master schedule.
- Analysis and report potential issues and delay.
- Undertake Earned Value Analysis if required.
- Undertake Risk Assessment
- Monitoring and control stakeholders’ schedules, report issues and recommend recovery.
- Supporting in project reporting.
- Accessing the log of procurement, shop drawings submission/approval, material submission/approval, RFIs, etc.
- Reviewing physical works onsite against the planned schedule and report variance and propose recovery.
- To validate and make comparison of all scheduled events against the provision allowed in the signed condition of contract.
- To identify schedule issues and recommend recovery.
- To suggest recommendation based on the finding in coordination with other trades.
- To support project director in reporting and reporting writing which include validating the project works progress.
About you
- With 5-7 years of planning/scheduling experience for Hospitality / Fit-out projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical.
- Engineering, Architecture or a Construction Management Certificate from an accredited university.
- Must have solid experience in using P6 and MS Project software.
- Proficient in Power point presentation, report writing and Power BI.
- Work / project experience working for a client / owner team or seconded to represent the client / owner team would be an advantage.
- PMP Accredited will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (reading and speaking).
