The Manager, Digital Marketing drives sales and traffic both online and in-store by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, leveraging data and customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, retention, and revenue growth.
What you'll do...
The Manager, Digital Marketing develops strategies to support digital programs aimed at increasing traffic and conversion across various channels. This role works closely with Consumer Insight and Customer Data platform teams to identify customer segments and opportunities for implementing pilot tests and recurring campaigns. Additionally, the role monitors customer behavior shifts between online and in-store activities, ensuring database health, and creating projections. Developing compelling messages and value propositions to engage, retain, and reactivate customers is a key responsibility. The Manager, Digital Marketing leads the implementation of retention programs across various digital marketing channels and ensures seamless interaction between marketing messages and transactional communications to add customer value. Collaboration with Consumer Insight and Customer Care teams is essential to increase customer satisfaction. The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for managing a marketing budget to achieve both short-term and long-term growth objectives. This includes delivering strategic marketing plans to support the growth of market share, new customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and lifetime value. The role also involves developing promotional activities and event strategies to drive sales and leading the development of annual operating plans based on performance data, market intel, and business goals. Regular reporting and analysis of business results and marketing initiatives ensure continuous improvement and optimization. The Manager, Digital Marketing works in strong partnership with digital channel teams to define broader business objectives, ensure effective spending, and refine promotional strategies.
