Partner with the best
As a Green Field project team member, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success in the FPSO market. By leveraging their expertise and relationships, we will be able to differentiate ourselves from competitors through technical excellence and commercial acumen and build strong relationships with major global oil producers, securing repeat business and referrals. This will allow us to increase our market share in the FPSO sector, driving revenue and profitability growth and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, enhancing our reputation and credibility.
As a Marketing Manager - Demand Creation, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate and lead greenfield projects in the western hemisphere, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with major global oil producers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ENI, Petrobras)
Provide technical and commercial expertise to influence project design and specification
Ensure our products and services are preferred for project execution, leveraging lifetime project value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

To be successful in this role you will:
Required Qualifications:
Have bachelor’s degree in Chemist from an accredited university or college.
Have minimum of 10 years of Upstream Chemicals Offshore experience
Previous experience in a sales, commercial or business development role is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
