Description
What You'll Do
- Build, enhance, and maintain responsive web-based user interfaces
- Implement clean, predictable state management and client-side data fetching
- Develop and extend C#/.NET REST APIs, including controllers, services, DTOs, and business logic needed to support frontend features
- Write standard SQL queries, troubleshoot data issues, and work with SQL Server data models used by our applications
- Collaborate closely with the backend lead on API contract definitions, data payloads, and error handling
- Maintain a clean, organized Git workflow (feature branching, PRs, clear commit history)
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to ensure quality across the codebase
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on, working experience with C#/.NET for building and extending REST APIs
- Strong proficiency with React and modern TypeScript/JavaScript (hooks, state patterns, component architecture)
- Strong command of modern HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS (responsive design, Flexbox, Grid)
- Experience with client-side data fetching using TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, and Context API
- Practical experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, writing queries, basic schema understanding)
- Solid grasp of consuming APIs, handling asynchronous operations, and managing UI loading/error states
- Strong Git proficiency in team pull-request workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise Kendo UI for React
- Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API debugging and contract verification
- Basic familiarity with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, and Identity)
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experience with VB.NET, or a willingness to learn it, would be a plus
- Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI would be a plus
- Experience leveraging modern AI-assisted coding tools
