We are looking to hire multiple full-time Payment Management Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will follow established guidelines to verify, review, and research orders by working with issuing banks, customers, and other payment providers to identify and prevent potential fraud.

This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.

Schedule: Your choice of the below-

• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
• Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm

Next available start date: Monday, October 26

 

Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through phone and email to determine the validity of an order or shipment and regarding orders that have been canceled for verification
• Contact various financial entities to verify payment specific information
• Review and process chargebacks and disputes in accordance with merchant bank and PayPal guidelines
• Assist law enforcement and financial institutions in their investigation of fraudulent transactions
• Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency, including the ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use sound decision-making in elevated situations and when dealing with problems involving several variables to protect the assets of the company
• High school diploma or GED and/or previous customer service experience is preferred
