What We Are Looking For
Senior Specialist, Commercial Education — LATAM
We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented learning professional who can connect commercial priorities with the capabilities needed to drive performance across LATAM.
This role will go beyond program execution, acting as a strategic partner to Commercial Leadership, Marketing and Business Units to identify capability gaps and translate them into impactful education solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Connect Business & Education: Translate commercial priorities and business needs into capability strategies and learning solutions.
Elevate Commercial Onboarding: Evolve onboarding into a structured Day 0–90 capability journey focused on readiness and time-to-productivity in all LATAM Countries.
Lead Partners Certification: Drive commercial and product certification strategies for internal teams and channel partners.Drive the Commercial Academy: Support the deployment and evolution of a scalable LATAM Commercial Academy connecting onboarding, certification and continuous education.
Influence Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across Commercial, Marketing, BU and regional teams; influence without authority and challenge with a strong point of view.
Leverage Data & AI: Use insights, technology and AI to improve learning effectiveness, scalability and business impact.
Experience & Qualifications
experience in sales training , Commercial Education, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence or a related field.
Experience designing and deploying commercial learning, onboarding, product certification or capability-building programs.
Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior commercial stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence across functions and operate effectively in a matrix, regional environment.
Strong project management, communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data, digital learning and/or AI is a plus.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences or Medical Devices is preferred.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
