Your Role
Magnetic FAAC India Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a Sales Manager for its location Bangalore. Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions. Drive revenue growth, manage teams, and build strong partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships and specify the product and provide technical presentations with consultants, contractors, partners, and customers.
Identify new projects and business opportunities.
Monitor market & collect the data on vertical side commercial, residential etc.
Handle tenders, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.
Maintain the project sales pipeline and forecast in SAP.
Follow up on orders, delivery, invoicing, and payments.
Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and seminars.
Follow company sales and documentation procedures.
Achieve project sales and business targets.
Must have:
Graduate degree (MBA Marketing is preferred).
12+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in security/access control domain.
SI Partners, Security Consultants, End Customers etc.
Proven record of meeting sales goals.
Excellent communication skills.
