About the role
We have an opportunity for a Day Services Coordinator to join the Day Services Team at our Narngulu Operation in Geraldton.
Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day services function across site, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of operational support activities.
This is a permanent position offered on a 5/2 Monday to Friday roster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and supervise the Day Services team and earthmoving contractor activities across site
- Ensure all day services tasks are planned and executed safely and efficiently to support production requirements
- Coordinate the procurement, storage and supply of operational reagents to support uninterrupted plant operations
- Manage site road maintenance, bund construction and civil infrastructure improvements
- Coordinate fabrication and replacement of specific plant equipment
- Oversee ground maintenance including vegetation management, weeding, and firebreaks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safety, environmental and regulatory compliance
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment
- Experience coordinating contractors and operational support services
- Strong planning, scheduling and work coordination capabilities
- Proven commitment to health, safety and environmental performance
- Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current and valid C Class Driver Licence
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification
