Job Description

Overview

As part of the Digital team within the Alto project, you will be responsible for analyzing stakeholder needs, gathering and structuring functional requirements, and translating them into clear, actionable specifications.

You will work closely with both business and development teams to ensure alignment between operational needs and the solutions implemented. You will also contribute to project follow-up, test phase preparation, user support, and the measurement of achieved results.

Your role

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs.
• Contribute to the drafting of functional documents, specifications, process documentation, and use cases.
• Support gap analysis between business needs and existing IT solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, and help ensure the quality of the proposed solution.
• Contribute to solution definition in collaboration with the development team.
• Participate in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of functional testing.
• Monitor certain indicators and contribute to the analysis of results.
• Support deployment activities, training sessions, and user onboarding.

About you

• You hold a degree in business, engineering, university studies, or an equivalent qualification, with a specialization in management, information systems, data, or digital transformation.
• You are at the beginning of your career or have initial relevant experience gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or a first professional role in business analysis, project coordination, functional support, or within an IT environment.
• You have strong analytical skills, good synthesis abilities, and excellent communication skills. You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments, interacting with various stakeholders, and transforming complex needs into clear, practical solutions.
• Business needs analysis and process modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process modeling tools such as Visio; ideally also familiar with tools such as Jira, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Drafting of business requirements documents and functional specifications.
• Good knowledge of project methodologies, particularly in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of information systems and transformation challenges.
• Ability to use and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good professional command of English.
