Customer Success Partner
Application Deadline: 31 October 2026
Department: Client Success Management
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Melbourne (HQ)
Description
You'd be the person who makes sure our clients actually get value from it.
This is a problem-solving role. You'll drive genuine product adoption - the kind a client would miss if it disappeared - and where the product can't yet close a value gap, you'll design, scope, and deliver a service intervention that does: diagnose the gap, define what success looks like, deliver the work. You'll run AI-leveraged workflows so the repeatable parts of the job take minutes, and your hours go to the work that keeps clients.
You'll be your clients' trusted day-to-day advisor - across their investor story, their register, and their announcement rhythm - and the company's honest read on where value is and isn't landing.
You don't need a capital markets background to apply. You need to prove you can quickly build deep expertise across a domain - our product, listed markets, and investor relations - and want to. We believe start-ups only move as fast as their talent, and we want someone who wants to run and grow quickly with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client outcomes end to end: every client in your portfolio, signature to renewal - including the first ninety days. One owner, one result.
- Hold a working thesis on every client - where value is landing, where the gap is, and whether product, service, or both closes it - and surface risk before the client says it.
- Solve with the product: find what each client should be getting but isn't, and move them from switched-on to genuinely reliant.
- Solve with service: design, scope, and deliver targeted interventions where the product can't yet close the gap - defined problem, defined success, defined exit - and originate new plays from your own book.
- Advise at the level of strategy: sit across from executives and IR leads and turn their register, engagement, and market data into positions and recommendations - not reports.
- Engineer the work itself: build and run the AI workflows that compress the repeatable parts of the role.
- Compound the function: turn what your book teaches you into evidenced product cases, playbook improvements, and experiments the whole team benefits from.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have...
- 2 - 3 years in customer success, onboarding/implementation, account management, or a comparable problem-solving role - ideally B2B SaaS.
- Proven speed acquiring a technical domain: evidence you've learned a complex space fast in a prior role. Capital markets or investor relations background is desirable but not required - the ramp expectation is working fluency across our domain (product, ASX markets, investor relations) inside your first three months, and advising clients with it - and designing and delivering your own service interventions - inside 6 months.
- Demonstrated project management of multi-stakeholder deliveries to deadline.
- Data literacy: you can interpret usage and engagement data and build a narrative from it.
- Working fluency with AI tools as an execution multiplier, or clear aptitude to build it fast.
