What You'll do:

- Support the analysis, design, and implementation of financial and accounting solutions that feed key reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and risk reporting.

- Collaborate closely with project managers and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.

- Contribute to the definition and documentation of operational processes, accounting schemes, controls, and data flows required to support finance systems.

- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, facilitating communication between business, finance, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in testing activities, including preparation, execution, validation, and issue resolution, ensuring the accuracy and quality of implemented solutions.

- Perform accounting analyses, reconciliations, reporting reviews, and control activities to support financial governance and operational excellence.

- Provide post-implementation support to users, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Who You Are:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, project accounting, or financial operations environments.

- Knowledge of financial controls, balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, reporting processes, and data quality management.

- Comfortable working with large datasets and advanced Excel functionalities to perform analysis and support decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing complex information.

- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in international environments and supporting cross-functional projects.

- Exposure to banking, financial services, pension administration, audit, or finance transformation projects is considered an advantage.

- Interest in financial systems and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP Financial Accounting (SAP FI) and finance process optimization.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural and collaborative teams.
