Your mission

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and execute all aspects of payroll processing for Pierre Fabre. This role ensures timely and accurate compensation for our employees, adhering to all relevant legal and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

* Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
* Ensure compliance with all national payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
* Administer and process employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and related matters, providing clear and accurate information.
* Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
* Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll processing role.
* In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations (including French payroll specifics).
* Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (ADP WorkforceNow & Workday).
* Strong understanding of tax laws and labor regulations related to payroll.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
