Your Impact:

• Lead end-to-end sales of Cisco Collaboration solutions across a diverse customer base to drive business growth and expand market presence.

• Establish and maintain relationships with Information Technology (IT), executive, and business stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships and influence customer success.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Qatar and Gulf region to identify new growth opportunities and penetration tactics.

• Report market insights, business development strategy execution, and financial performance to business leaders to drive informed strategic decisions.

• Partner with technical teams to align solutions with specific customer business outcomes and gather insights to recommend product improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive direct sales experience in the collaboration solutions domain, including on-premises, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), for Employee Experience and Customer Experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing full sales cycles in the Qatar and broader Middle East market.

• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in the technology sector.

• Proficiency in English, including written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud collaboration solutions, with a focus on driving Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX) outcomes through integrated software and hardware.

• Experience with Everything as a Service (XaaS) and subscription-based models, managing complex sales processes involving multiple customers, vendors, and System Integrators (SI).

• Proven ability to understand market dynamics and competitive trends to execute strategic business development plans, while building ecosystem relationships with channel partners to provide product feedback.

• Proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal) is prioritized.

• Possession of relevant industry degrees or certifications, such as the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration.
