As a key member of the Sales team, this role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize various tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful self-starter with strong administrative and event coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Experience and is based at the company’s headquarters in Summerlin, Nevada.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for sales events, customer experiences, and ticketing activities, ensuring flawless execution from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate customer event logistics, including travel, transportation, hotel accommodations, welcome amenities, gifting, event tracking, and other special customer needs.
  • Share event specifics, timelines, and requirements with customers, internal teams, venues, vendors, and other partners, reporting to the Manager responsible for Sales Experience and Sales leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing and other internal departments to ensure event activities align with the desired customer experience and broader business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate events, ticketing, sponsorships, and customer hospitality trackers, including attendee information, approvals, allocations, confirmations, and reconciliation.
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, customer needs, and potential issues; communicate concerns promptly and recommend solutions.
  • Support Sales team onboarding and employee experiences, including ordering equipment, tracking required training, coordinating MasterCard setup and travel-related needs, and preparing business cards, name tags, and onboarding materials.
  • Handle Sales team sponsorship requests, including approvals, submissions, tracking, communication, and full-cycle follow-up.
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships across the Sales organization and with associates within the company as well as those beyond it.
  • Provide onsite event support as needed, including registration, attendee management, event materials, gifting, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain flexibility to support evening and weekend Sales events as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, sales support, or a related field.
  • Proven record of establishing effective relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills, demonstrating skill in balancing multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing event information, approvals, attendee lists, and other records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with event, ticketing, or project-tracking platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach that anticipates needs, identifies issues, and raises concerns appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Pay Range

$42,000 - $78,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As part of your employment with Aristocrat, you may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities.
