Description
We are hiring maintenance coordinator with sales experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Follow up with technicians to ensure maintenance work is completed on time.
- Coordinate with customers for maintenance requests and service visits.
- Prepare quotations for maintenance services, spare parts, and repairs.
- Support the sales team by following up on customer inquiries and generating new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and materials.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and job schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in the metal, steel, or fabrication industry.
- Experience in maintenance coordination and technical sales.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
