The Senior Customer Care Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the quote to cash lifecycle. This role manages complex customer situations, drives issue resolution, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and acts as a subject matter expert within the Customer Care organization.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Act as Customer Success Lead for key strategic accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
Manage complex customer inquiries, escalations, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
Coordinate resolution of critical issues across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Product Management teams.
Own end-to-end order and quote management activities for strategic or complex business situations.
Provide advanced support regarding products, pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practices and capability development.
Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for complex customer matters.
Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Champion adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working, acting as a change agent within the team and across functions.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and customer commitments.
Support business continuity during periods of high workload or organizational change.
Provide recommendations to improve customer experience, productivity, and service quality.
Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic customer initiatives.
YOU HAVE
5+ years of experience in customer service, customer care, inside sales, or sales support within a B2B or industrial environment.
Strong ERP and CRM experience (Salesforce, M3, SAP, or similar).
Experience managing complex customer situations and escalations.
Experience working cross-functionally within international organizations.
Experience supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
Monthly Gross Compensation Range:
zł10.575,00 - zł21.975,00 Per MonthDepending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
