Job Responsibilities :

Fiuu (SG) is a leading Southeast Asian payment gateway, formerly known as Razer Merchant Services, headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia but with strong operations in Singapore. It enables businesses to accept payments across credit cards, e-wallets, online banking, and even cash-over-counter, processing billions in transactions annually.

As a Partner Success & Marketing Events Intern (Fintech):
• You’ll support end-to-end event planning and execution- from conceptualization to on-site coordination.
• You’ll assist with onboarding role, assist partners, merchants and vendors on their onboarding accounts.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners.

• Act as a key point of contact to ensure client needs and expectations are met.

• Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the event lifecycle.
   

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison for event vendors and partners.

• Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time.

• Address inquiries or issues promptly and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. 

Merchant Onboarding & Operations

• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle, including document collection, verification, and processing.

• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Coordinate onboarding requirements with partners and vendors where applicable.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant documentation, agreements, and submissions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. 

Event Planning & Execution

• Support end-to-end event planning, from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation.

• Assist in on-site event coordination to ensure smooth and successful delivery.

• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources with internal teams and external partners.

• Prepare post-event reports, insights, and performance summaries. 

Event Marketing & Promotion

• Assist in promoting events through multiple channels, including social media platforms and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing content and campaign execution.

• Act as the point of contact for pre-event and post-event social media coordination, including content scheduling and uploads.

Business & Event Knowledge

• Develop a strong understanding of Fiuu’s event portfolio, including corporate, social, and cultural events.

• Identify and address the unique requirements and objectives of each event type.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support operational requests, including MRP, PF, and merchant-related activities.

• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Learning Objectives

• Gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and on-site operations.

• Develop skills in managing client relationships and coordinating with vendors.

• Understand event marketing, budget tracking, and promotional strategies.

• Enhance teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.

• Acquire foundational knowledge of the payment industry and its operations.

Candidate Requirements

• You’re currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing or a related field.

• You have strong communication skills and love staying organize

• You’re creative, adaptable, and pay attention to the detail.

• You can juggle multiple tasks and enjoy working in fast‑paced environments

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design or social media tools is an advantage.

• You’re available for a full‑time internship

• You can work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.
