- Develop self-service platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, and CI/CD pipelines that improve scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive rapid service recovery across large-scale environments.
- Collaborate with datacenter operations, hardware vendors, and engineering teams to support critical infrastructure services.
- Improve observability, monitoring, compliance, and operational excellence through automation and platform engineering initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvements that reduce MTTR and increase service reliability.
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing and automating large-scale Linux, VMware/Nutanix, and Kubernetes environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD automation.
- Ability to build self-service infrastructure solutions that improve scalability and reduce operational toil.
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management, provisioning, break/fix operations, and reliability engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in production environments.
- Experience improving observability, service reliability, and MTTR through automation.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, datacenter operations, vendor teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting highly available services, participating in on-call rotations, driving automation initiatives, improving operational excellence, and enabling resilient infrastructure at scale.
