Description
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to provide administrative support at our Wahpeton location. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, likes helping others, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
No two days will necessarily look the same. Some days you may be organizing a meeting or training session, proofreading a document, or putting together a site communication. Other days you might be helping a visitor, ordering supplies, organizing records, or taking care of one of the many little things that help keep the office running smoothly.
This is a part-time position. We have some flexibility with the schedule, but we’re currently thinking approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
What We’re Looking For
The right person for this role will be someone who:
- Is flexible and willing to pitch in wherever help is needed.
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in doing things accurately.
- Is comfortable juggling several priorities and figuring out what needs attention first.
- Works well with a variety of people and enjoys being part of a team.
- Is dependable, organized, and professional.
- Communicates clearly and provides great service to employees, visitors, and others.
- Is comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Is very comfortable with Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Is comfortable learning new technology and figuring out new systems.
Experience We'd Like You to Bring
Ideally, you'll have:
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support or similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills and experience keeping records, files, and information organized.
- Experience ordering supplies or equipment and keeping track of inventory.
Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or basic accounting would be helpful, but isn't required.
