Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Vascular Surgeon to join our surgical team in Madinah. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in vascular surgery, strong surgical and microsurgical skills, and experience managing complex vascular conditions.
Candidates with additional training or experience in Robotic Surgery are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and surgical management of vascular conditions.
- Perform complex vascular surgical procedures using open and minimally invasive techniques.
- Manage arterial, venous, and peripheral vascular diseases.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative management.
- Utilize advanced vascular imaging to support diagnosis and surgical planning.
- Demonstrate strong surgical and microsurgical techniques where clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interventional radiology, cardiology, anesthesia, and other surgical specialties.
- Participate in emergency vascular care and on-call services as required.
- Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to junior physicians and surgical staff.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, research, and teaching activities.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
- Recognized postgraduate qualification/board certification in Vascular Surgery.
- SCFHS Consultant classification/registration or eligibility.
- Preferred: 5 or more years of experience after completion of the Vascular Surgery subspecialty fellowship.
- Demonstrated experience in complex vascular surgical procedures.
- Preferred: strong surgical and microsurgical skills.
- Preferred: formal training or significant experience in Robotic Surgery.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Consultant Vascular Surgeon with a strong surgical background and advanced technical skills. Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of post-fellowship experience, microsurgical expertise, and formal Robotic Surgery training.
