Resident Care Assistant - HHA or CNA

Resident Care Assistant | Kaplan Estates
$18.50 - $20.50/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 7:00AM – 3:00PM | rotating every other weekend
PRN positions also available!

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications for Success:

• Must have a current MA CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
