How You’ll Make a Difference
As our Director of Sales, you’ll provide leadership and direction for the entire sales organization. You’ll help define the path forward, align sales efforts with business objectives, and create the structure, accountability, and support needed for teams to thrive. Your leadership will play a key role in expanding market presence, growing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and teams while fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Drive sales strategy through forecasting, territory planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management to achieve growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and develop strategies that expand market share and profitability.
Improve sales processes, reporting, training, and communication systems to deliver a consistent customer experience and support organizational success.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with significant leadership experience managing large, multi-location sales organizations.
Proven success leading teams with responsibility for business performance, including sales growth, profitability, and operational results.
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives while solving complex challenges.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and talent development skills, with a track record of building successful teams and growing new business opportunities.
