Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for defects and customer escalations using 8D/DMAIC Develop and standardize process documentation and controls (SOPs, control plans, PFMEA, reaction plans, specs). Drive task force and focus teams . Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A bachelor’s degree in Chemical
Engineering, Chemistry, or related field Technical skills: Electroplating fundamentals, chemical control , process optimization , SPC, DOE, and structured
