The Role : Human Resources Assistant / Assistant Ressources Humaines (F/H/X)
Location : Madrid
Starting date : As soon as possible
As part of the HR team, you will handle various administrative and operational tasks, including personnel administration, tracking training, and supporting employees throughout their careers at Ekkiden in France, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration
- Assist with the administrative management of employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure the tracking and updating of personnel files and HR data.
- Prepare and track administrative documents related to the employment contract.
- Assist with tracking absences, vacation, and sick leave.
- Help update tracking spreadsheets and HR reports.
Payroll Support
- Assist with the collection and verification of variable payroll data.
- Help track absences and gather the information needed to prepare payroll.
- Help verify the consistency of data sent to payroll contacts.
- Respond to routine administrative requests from employees, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Handle the administrative aspects of training programs: registration, invitations, logistical arrangements, and tracking of attendance.
- Update training tracking spreadsheets and employee training records.
- Help track training requests and coordinate with training providers.
- Help track mandatory training and associated deadlines.
- Help collect participant feedback and update L&D metrics.
Continuous Improvement of HR Processes
- Help ensure the reliability of data and optimize tracking tools.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects as needed by the team.
Salary proposition:
€700 per month

- Interest in discovering HR management tools
- Willingness to learn about payroll, learning & development and HR processes.
- French and English proficiency MANDATORY, Spanish &/or German is a plus
