Account Manager

<p> </p><p>Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and help coordinate custom signage projects from initial inquiry through completion.</p><p> </p><p>If you are organized, responsive, relationship-driven, and enjoy working with customers and multiple internal teams, we want to hear from you!</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-size:13.5pt">What You'll Do</span></strong></p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate repeat business.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Follow up on RFQs, estimates, proposals, customer approvals, and outstanding items.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Installation.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Help ensure project requirements, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly communicated.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Assist with change orders, scope updates, customer concerns, and billing questions.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Maintain accurate customer records and support efficient project execution.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-size:13.5pt">What We're Looking For</span></strong></p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or project coordination.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Signage, manufacturing, graphics, or construction experience is a plus.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.</p><p> </p><p style="margin-left:.25in">Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP and business systems.</p><p> </p><p>       Relevant experience is valued; a college degree is not required.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-size:13.5pt">Join Our Team!</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>Parvin-Clauss Sign Company has been serving businesses coast to coast since 1952.
