Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with property accountants and property managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of property invoices
• Ensure approval workflows are assigned properly to each invoice
• Vendor setup
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries and reconcile statement balances
• Process checks and ACH payments for vendors
• Ensure utilities are sent to AUM and set up accordingly
• Scan tenant/ customers checks to system

• Submit weekly A/P reports to property accountant for review and payment processing
