Projects Trainee

To support our project teams and gain practical experience in project management. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual eager to learn and contribute to the successful execution of various projects.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
* Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
* Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Conduct research and gather information pertinent to ongoing projects.
* Help monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
* Prepare presentations and summaries of project data.
* Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management office.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
* Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
* Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.

* Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
