Group/Division
The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
- Maintains and coordinates daily schedules, prioritizes system usage, and supports all functions of the tool which include weekly health checks, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, system calibrations, SW/HW upgrades, revision control, testing, debugging and data analysis of measurement performance.
- Completes the initial diagnosis of any system issue.
- Possess the knowledge and experience, to effectively work with experts in optics, laser, stage, loader, image computer, and algorithms to actively assist in resolving the issues.
- Key contributor in design reviews and during the engineering / alpha builds and test phases of programs, which includes testing against the design tolerances and the marketing specifications of a product release.
- Prepares the first draft of system alignment, calibration and troubleshooting diagnostics.
- Trains service and manufacturing employees.
- May be required to travel to customer sites to efficiently and effectively resolve technical issues (Fly and Fix) during and after product release.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience of advancing solutions to technical problems in a cross-functional environment
- Experience maintaining eBeam systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
