Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Representative to join our client, an innovative provider of access control and visitor management solutions, based in Bedfordview. The successful candidate will support business growth by developing strong client relationships, assisting with new business generation and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery. This role would suit someone who is proactive, organised and eager to grow their sales career within the technology and security solutions industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support new business development by generating leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate client and sales information on CRM systems.
- Coordinate sales orders, deliveries and client follow-ups.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and relevant market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to support efficient project and service delivery.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a sales, sales support or similar client-facing role.
- Sales administration experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, target-driven approach with a genuine passion for sales.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
- Positive, team-orientated attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential.
