Description
Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Shift: Weekend Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Overtime: As needed based on business needs
- Build, assemble, and wire industrial electrical control panels.
- Install and connect PLCs, VFDs, relays, transformers, sensors, and terminal blocks.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and verify electrical connections.
- Connect motors, power supplies, control panels, and related electrical components.
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot wiring and equipment issues.
- Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper operation.
- Follow established electrical, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of electrical field experience.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control panel wiring.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Relevant industrial electrical or manufacturing equipment experience.
- Knowledge of electrical components, wiring methods, and control systems.
- Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand work instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability for overtime as needed.
- Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Industrial noise requiring participation in a hearing conservation program.
- Regular work around industrial machinery and electrical equipment.
- Ability to safely lift 25–50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, sitting, and other physical activity throughout the shift.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
