HR Leader

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Leader to lead and enhance our human resources strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience and strong organizational performance. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, support business leaders with effective people solutions, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Lead talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and retain high-quality employees.
• Develop and coordinate learning, training, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Oversee performance management processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support workforce planning and informed business decisions.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and people management practices.
• Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, commercial awareness, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
