Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in core HR and non-IT recruitment, particularly in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to independently manage the hiring cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, including bulk hiring.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Prepare and coordinate offer-related documentation and ensure timely offer release.
- Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records in the HRMS/ATS.
- Conduct and coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding for selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Take ownership of assigned recruitment targets and proactively work towards closures.
- Support other HR activities and responsibilities during periods of lower recruitment volume.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in core HR/recruitment.
- Strong experience in non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience using HRMS/ATS platforms for recruitment and candidate management.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals/recruitment platforms will be highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work against monthly assigned recruitment targets and consistently achieve hiring closures within defined timelines.
- Highly proactive, organised, and target-orientated.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment requirements.
- Willingness to take up broader HR responsibilities beyond recruitment when required.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
