Job Description

Are you an inspiring sales leader passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving commercial excellence in oncology? Join us as Regional Sales Manager, where you will empower your team, build strategic healthcare partnerships, and directly impact the lives of cancer patients across Poland.

Purpose of the Position

In this key leadership role, you will translate national business priorities into impactful regional execution plans, driving sales performance, market share, and customer engagement. You will serve as a strategic regional business leader, coach, and capability builder, ensuring our customer-facing teams deliver differentiated value and improve patient pathways within the Polish oncology ecosystem.

Welcome to Our Team

Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, you will lead and inspire a dedicated regional team of at least six Account Managers and Specialists. We are focused on building a unified, highly collaborative organization that thrives on synergy, diverse perspectives, and shared success. Here, you will find an inclusive, supportive environment focused on continuous learning, talent development, and preparing the next generation of leaders

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Performance: Own regional business results, market share growth, and budget management, balancing short-term objectives with long-term account development.
  • Lead & Coach Teams: Lead field sales execution and establish coaching excellence through structured field observations, feedback, and individualized development plans.
  • Build Capabilities: Drive the regional capability agenda, helping your team advance their skills in value demonstration, ecosystem vision, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Ecosystem & Account Planning: Lead regional stakeholder mapping and integrated account planning, leveraging patient journey insights to improve customer impact.
  • KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key accounts, scientific leaders, and healthcare decision-makers across the region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to ensure coordinated customer engagement and resource optimization.
  • Resource Allocation: Build regional business cases, conduct territory planning, and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
  • Develop Future Leaders: Identify talent, build robust succession pipelines, and foster an environment of peer mentoring and accountability.

Your Profile

  • Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of sales leadership and people management within the pharmaceutical industry (minimum 5 years of commercial experience).
  • Coaching & Talent Development: Strong capability-building mindset with experience translating competency assessments into practical coaching routines.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of business planning, territory management, resource allocation, and P&L ownership.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the Polish healthcare and oncology landscape, including hospital networks and key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated success engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientific leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams around shared customer and patient priorities.
  • Language & Location: Fluency in both Polish and English is required, and you must be based in Poland.
  • Educational Background: University degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (oncology or specialty care experience is highly preferred).

What We Offer

  • Impactful Work: The opportunity to directly influence patient pathways and improve access to life-saving cancer treatments in Poland.
  • Professional Growth: A path for professional development, including mentorship from senior leadership
  • An Inclusive Culture: A collaborative, diverse, and supportive environment where different perspectives are celebrated and "winning as one team" is our daily reality.
  • Flexible & Modern Workplace: Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible working arrangements designed to support your well-being and work-life balance.
