How You Will Make an Impact 

Client Technology Consulting

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, operational models, and strategic objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify workflow challenges, technology gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend platform capabilities, operational best practices, and technology solutions that drive efficiency and business outcomes.
• Partner with Client Advocates, Relationship Managers, and Implementation teams to deliver consultative guidance throughout the client lifecycle.

Platform Adoption & Optimization

• Guide clients in maximizing the value of the Black Diamond platform and related solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on platform functionality, integrations, workflows, and emerging capabilities.
• Help clients evaluate and adopt new product features, digital workflows, AI-enabled experiences, and MCP capabilities within the platform.
• Deliver demonstrations, training sessions, best-practice recommendations, and educational workshops.
• Monitor client adoption and utilization trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Business Process Improvement

• Analyze client workflows and operational processes to identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and optimization.
• Recommend solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and user experience.
• Document current-state and future-state processes and help clients execute improvement initiatives.
• Establish success metrics and measure the impact of technology and process improvements.

Client Partnership & Success

• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic touchpoints with clients.
• Proactively identify risks, challenges, or adoption barriers and develop action plans to address them.
• Serve as an advocate for client needs by collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand client utilization of Black Diamond solutions in partnership with Relationship Management and Sales teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Service teams to solve client challenges and improve outcomes.
• Provide client feedback and market insights to influence product enhancements and future capabilities.
• Support pilot programs, technology rollouts, and adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and client-facing resources.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting, technology consulting, client success, implementation, relationship management, or solutions-oriented role.
• Experience working with technology platforms, SaaS solutions, fintech applications, or financial services software.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions to client objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience leading client discovery sessions, workflow discussions, and solution recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and business productivity tools.

• Experience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation, workflow optimization, or operational consulting initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, intelligent workflow solutions, automation concepts, and emerging technology trends.
• Experience helping clients adopt and leverage AI-enabled platform capabilities and modern digital experiences.
• Understanding of API-driven ecosystems, integrations, MCP frameworks, or connected technology solutions.
• Experience delivering client presentations, executive business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption best practices.
